What we do, and what we don’t
Worth being direct about this, because plenty of sites in this space are vague on purpose.
We are a referral service
Tulsa Land Surveying is not a surveying firm. We do not own instruments, we do not send crews, and we do not produce survey drawings. What we do is take your request, work out what kind of survey the situation actually calls for, and hand it to a licensed Oklahoma Professional Land Surveyor who works in that county.
Every survey is performed, signed and sealed by that surveyor under their own license. Your contract is with them. Their name and seal go on the drawing, and their professional responsibility stands behind it.
Why go through us instead of calling around
Mostly because county coverage is uneven and not obvious from a search result. A firm that appears first for “land surveyor Tulsa” might not take work in Osage County, or might be booked six weeks out, or might not do the specific survey you need. Calling down a list to discover that takes a morning.
The other reason is scoping. A meaningful share of the requests we get are for the wrong survey. People ask for an ALTA survey when they need a boundary survey. They ask for a boundary survey when a mortgage inspection would satisfy their lender. Sorting that out before anyone quotes saves real money.
How we get paid
The surveyor pays us a referral fee when a job comes through. You do not pay us anything, and the referral fee does not get added onto your quote as a line item. If you would rather deal with a firm directly, the Oklahoma State Board maintains a public license roster and you are welcome to use it. We would genuinely rather tell you that than pretend the arrangement doesn’t exist.
Verify the license yourself
Any surveyor working in Oklahoma has to hold a current Professional Land Surveyor license, and any firm offering surveying services has to hold a certificate of authorization. Both are verifiable through the Oklahoma State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. Ask for the license number and check it. That advice applies to anyone you hire, including anyone we send you.

What we do with your information
Your request goes to the surveyor we match you with, so they can contact you and quote the work. That is the whole point of submitting it. We do not sell your information to marketing lists and we do not pass it to multiple firms so they can fight over you. One request, one surveyor.
