What we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the property address or parcel number, the county, the type of survey you are asking about, your timeline, and anything you write in the message field.

If you call the number on this site, standard call information such as the number you called from and the time of the call may be recorded by our telephone provider.

Like most websites we may collect basic technical information automatically, such as the pages you viewed, the approximate region you visited from, and the type of device and browser you used.

What we do with it

We use your request to work out what kind of survey you need and to route it to a licensed Oklahoma Professional Land Surveyor who covers your county. That surveyor receives your contact details and the details of your request so they can contact you and quote the work. That is the purpose of submitting the form.

We may contact you ourselves to clarify the request or follow up on it.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not pass your request to multiple firms so they can compete over you. One request goes to one surveyor.
• We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
• We do not collect payment information on this site at all.

The surveyor’s own privacy practices

Once your information reaches the surveyor, they hold it as an independent business with their own practices. Ask them directly if you want to know how they handle client information.

Service providers

We use ordinary third party services to run this site, such as web hosting, form handling, email and call tracking. Those providers process information on our behalf in order to deliver their service.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies or similar technology for basic analytics and to understand how visitors use the pages. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not stop the site working.

Your choices

If you want us to delete the information you submitted, contact us and ask. If a surveyor has already received it, you should ask them separately, since we cannot delete records held by another business.

Children

This site is intended for adults dealing with real property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes we will update this page.
