Five counties across the Tulsa metro, with a few more within reach. County matters more than city limits for how a survey actually gets done.
The Tulsa metro spreads across county lines in a way that catches people out. Broken Arrow sits in two counties. Bixby touches three. Which county your parcel falls in determines where the deed records live, which clerk’s office the surveyor pulls from, and sometimes who has platting authority.
Tulsa
Tulsa County, with parts of the city extending into Osage, Rogers and Wagoner counties.

We can also usually place work in Okmulgee, Mayes and Pawnee counties. Outside that we will tell you honestly if we are not the right call rather than sending somebody two hours each way and billing you for the drive.
