Tulsa Land Surveyor Survey Referral Network (918) 000-0000
Referral service. We are not a surveying firm and do not perform survey work. We connect Oklahoma property owners with independently licensed professional land surveyors.

Where we send surveyors

Five counties across the Tulsa metro, with a few more within reach. County matters more than city limits for how a survey actually gets done.

The Tulsa metro spreads across county lines in a way that catches people out. Broken Arrow sits in two counties. Bixby touches three. Which county your parcel falls in determines where the deed records live, which clerk’s office the surveyor pulls from, and sometimes who has platting authority.

Counties we cover

CountySeatWorth knowing
TulsaTulsaThe core of the metro. Dense platting, active development, plenty of prior survey record.
CreekSapulpaOlder descriptions and rural acreage. Corner recovery can take longer.
RogersClaremoreFast growth on the Tulsa side, rural tracts further out.
WagonerWagonerSplits Broken Arrow and Bixby. Farmland converting to subdivisions.
OsagePawhuskaMineral estate held in trust for the Osage Nation. Different from every other county in the state.

We can also usually place work in Okmulgee, Mayes and Pawnee counties. Outside that we will tell you honestly if we are not the right call rather than sending somebody two hours each way and billing you for the drive.

Not sure which county you are in? Your county assessor’s parcel record will say, and so will your deed. If you cannot find it, give us the address and we will look. (918) 000-0000
